What Items Are Accepted?

If you do not see an item(s) on our list, you are more than welcome to contact us to see if it is something we accept in our auctions. For pickup or drop-off items, you must make an appointment, unless you are shipping items to us from another state. When filing out your consignment agreement, be sure to list all items that you want to consign and be very detailed on each item. You can email your agreement to consign@awsumauctionzllc.com or fill out the form below and attach it there.

How We Will Help You!

During our consultation with you, we will help you go through the contents you wish to sell and assist you with finding the most valuable items, while also assisting you with what we think might be better for donation. We will pay attention to your auction because we provide plenty of advertising opportunities so that you have the best chance of getting the profit you deserve. We use multiple strategies, such as social media, physical ads, and more!

The Consignment Process

  • Step 1: Initial Consultation

    Send pictures or a short video of some of the assets through the Sell With Us page that you are considering auctioning. This will give us an idea of what you have, and then we will set up a free, no-obligation consultation. We will meet with you to discuss your specific needs, whether it's selling an estate, business assets, or other items. During this meeting, we'll assess the scope of the auction and answer any questions you may have.

  • Step 2: Evaluation and Cataloging

    Once we've agreed to move forward, our team will work with you to evaluate and catalog the items that will be part of the auction. We'll assess their condition, value, and uniqueness, ensuring each item is properly represented.

  • Step 3: Location & Marketing

    We will discuss if you want to have your auction onsite (at your location) or if you want to have it offsite, where we will take your items back to our warehouse. When onsite, your location is never disclosed until the end of the auction to winning bidders, only for security purposes. To attract potential buyers, we'll create a marketing plan tailored to your auction. This may include online listings, traditional advertising, and email campaigns. Our goal is to reach a wide audience to maximize interest in your items.

  • Step 4: Preview Period

    Before the auction date, we typically provide a preview period during which potential buyers can inspect the items online through video. We do it this way to protect your items from damage. This helps generate excitement and allows buyers to assess the items' condition.

  • Step 5: Auction Day

    On the day(s) of the auction, which is conducted online, our team will manage all aspects of the event. In online auctions, our secure platform will facilitate bidding. We’ll be in communication with the seller and will answer buyer questions.

  • Step 6: Bidding & Closing

    Buyers will bid on items during the auction. Our online auctions allow participants to place bids electronically. The auction will close at a predetermined time.

  • Step 7: Payment & Settlement

    Once the auction has concluded, successful bidders will be required to make payments. We ensure secure payment processes. We handle the collection of payments from buyers and the settlement of proceeds with the seller.

  • Step 8: Item Removal

    Buyers will collect their purchased items by appointment only, and items will also be shipped. Our team will oversee the item removal process to ensure it goes smoothly.

  • Step 9: Final Settlement & Reporting

    We will mail out a payment with a detailed report of the auction results and the final settlement to the seller. This report will include the selling prices, fees, and any other relevant information. Throughout the process, Awsum Auctionz LLC maintains open lines of communication with the seller, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly. Our goal is to make the auction experience as seamless and transparent as possible, ensuring a successful outcome for all parties involved.
